Selling a rooftop solar system is the easy part. Getting a customer from a signed quotation to a credited subsidy involves a government portal, a DISCOM, sometimes a bank, and a manufacturer's warranty desk, and every one of them can stall.
Indian Solar Force was built around that reality. We are a registered rooftop solar vendor, we install with our own supervised team, and we run every project through a single internal system so that no file quietly sits waiting for somebody to remember it.
Subsidy amounts, interest rates and savings figures are given to you only once they are confirmed for your case. If we do not know yet, we say so.
Your bill, Aadhaar and bank details are recorded against your project. You will not be asked to send the same paper twice.
Every pending step has an owner and a deadline. If something stalls, it is escalated internally rather than waiting for you to chase it.
Warranty issues go to the manufacturer, but anything that went wrong in our installation is fixed by us. We do not route that back to a vendor.
