Ten stages, each with a named owner on our side. You are told what is happening at every one of them.

What happens, and when
Enquiry. You share your monthly electricity bill and mobile number. We size an indicative system and call you back to understand the roof and your requirement.
Site survey. Before anything is priced, one of our team visits: your documents are collected, and the roof, its direction, its dimensions and the shadow-free area are recorded.
Quotation. You receive a detailed quotation covering the system, the components, the subsidy position and, if you are taking a loan, your contribution and instalment.
Your decision. Agree, or tell us what you want changed. A change goes back to our admin and you get a revision. We keep going until you are satisfied or you tell us to stop.
Project opened. Your project gets its own number, a document checklist based on whether you are paying cash or taking a loan, and a named owner for each step.
Documents verified. Every document is checked before anything is drafted. Nothing moves forward on a file that is incomplete.
Agreement. The model agreement is generated, sent for stamping and notarisation, and comes back signed by you and by us.
Registration and loan. PM Surya Ghar and MPWZ registration are filed. If you are taking a loan, the complete file is prepared and we coordinate with the branch. Cash projects skip that entirely.
Installation. Once the first instalment is received, the technician agrees a date with you. Structure, panels, inverter, protection and earthing go in, and every serial number, the meter test report and site photographs are captured on the day.
Grid file and net metering. The file goes to the grid office, on to the division office and back, as many times as it takes, and the PM Surya Ghar portal is checked alongside every round.
Subsidy and closure. We confirm with you that the subsidy has actually reached your account. Your invoice and receipts are issued and the project is closed.
Service year. Twelve free visits over the following year, scheduled the day your project closes, with a full register of everything installed on your roof.
