Commercial
Do you work with commercial and industrial customers?
Yes. Commercial rooftop projects follow a separate track - no residential subsidy applies, different panel options are permitted, and the financial case is built around tariff savings and depreciation benefit.
Finance
Can I take a bank loan for rooftop solar?
Yes. Rooftop solar is covered under the Jan Samarth portal and by banks such as Bank of Maharashtra and SBI. We prepare the complete file - digital approval letter, model agreement, quotation, feasibility report - and coordinate with the branch on your behalf.
Service
What after-sales service do I get?
Every completed project moves into a service contract with a full asset registry of every panel, inverter and meter installed. Complaints are routed automatically - warranty issues to the manufacturer, cleaning and maintenance to our O&M engineers, and any installation issue is handled in-house by us.
Subsidy & scheme
What is the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana?
It is a Government of India scheme that gives a direct subsidy to residential consumers who install a rooftop solar system. The subsidy is credited to your bank account after the system is installed, net-metered and verified. Indian Solar Force handles the registration, filing and claim process for you.
How much subsidy will I get?
The amount depends on your sanctioned system size and the current scheme slab. Our team confirms the exact applicable amount for your case before you sign anything. We never quote a subsidy figure we cannot deliver.
Technical
What is net metering?
Net metering is the arrangement with your DISCOM that lets the extra units your solar system exports flow into the grid and get adjusted against the units you consume. We file the complete net-metering application and follow it through to meter installation.
How much roof area do I need?
As a general rule each kW of rooftop solar needs roughly 100 sq ft of shadow-free roof area. Our site survey confirms the exact usable area at your property.
How long does installation take?
Once the advance is received, the site survey is done and the agreement is signed, installation itself is typically completed in one to three days. Net metering and subsidy credit follow their own government timelines.
